Vos responsabilités en tant que Chef·fe caissier·ère :

Assiste le·la gérant·e dans la planification et la coordination des activités du département de façon à atteindre les objectifs de vente et de rentabilité fixés par le·la directeur·trice et ce, tout en respectant la convention collective en vigueur.
Assiste le·la gérant·e dans la gestion des employé·e·s.
Remplace le·la gérant·e lorsqu'il·elle est absent·e.
Doit être en mesure d'effectuer les achats et les commandes de fournitures du département.
Doit être en mesure d'effectuer les inventaires des bouteilles vides, des cigarettes et de la loterie.
Coordonne les activités du département afin que les changements de prix appropriés soient effectués dans les délais prescrits.
S'assure du prêt-aux-affaires du département.
Autorise les remboursements à la suite d’erreurs de poinçons, effectu·e les retours des marchandises, etc.
Est responsable de la cueillette des dépôts des caissier·ère·s et de l'enregistrement des données. Doit être en mesure d'effectuer les balancements des caisses, du magasin, du coffre et de la loterie.
Doit être en mesure de faire les horaires de travail des employé·e·s.
S'assure du respect des politiques de la compagnie (réception, sécurité, etc.) et des normes d'hygiène, de salubrité, de santé et sécurité au travail.
Participe à l'accueil, à la formation et à l'évaluation des employé·e·s.
